How to place an order?

How does shipping work?

How can I return my order?
Yes. You are able to return your order within 90 days of receiving the order. If you are going to return your purchase, then you need to contact us right away. We will be happy to guide you through the process.
Why my parcel is not moving/updating?
Firstly, do not worry. Shipment may be delayed because of weather conditions, holidays, a huge amount of deliveries, etc. If it takes more than 5 weeks since the package was shipped, then you need to immediately contact us.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Yes, however, if you want to do it, you need to contact us through our support center within 24 hours.
